Yes. Every session is taught live on Zoom, so you can ask questions in the moment and get help on your own work. If you cannot attend live, you will still receive the recording and have ongoing support through the programme, including templates, the support pod, and the group chat between sessions.
Plan for one live session plus a little practice in between. Around two to three hours a week. The practice is not random homework. It is your own real work, done with AI.
