AI-native

Working with AI as part of your operating model, not just using it occasionally.

AI-native means integrating AI into repeatable workflows, documenting how it is used, reviewing outputs, and improving the system over time.

AI workflow

A repeatable process where AI helps complete part of a real task.

AI-assisted workflow

A workflow that includes AI in one or more steps, with human oversight.

AI-assisted workflows use AI to support research, drafting, summarising, planning, or follow-up while the non-technical professional retains judgement and control.

AI agent

A system that uses AI to perform structured tasks or support decisions.

An AI agent can help with research, recommendations, client insights, career clarity, or business operations while working within a defined workflow.

Proof-of-work

Tangible evidence that you can apply your skills to real problems.

Prompt

A single instruction given to an AI system.
